Terms of Service

Welcome to FamilyLedger (the "App"). Please read these Terms of Service (the "Terms") carefully before using the App. By downloading, installing, or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By using the App, you confirm that:

You have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms
You have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms
If you are under 18, your legal guardian has consented to your use of the App

2. Service Description

The App is a personal and family financial tracking tool that provides the following features:

Adding, editing, and deleting income/expense records
Category management and budget settings
Data statistics and trend analysis
Optional iCloud data sync
Data export (JSON/CSV format)
Local reminder notifications

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any feature at any time without notice.

3. Account & Subscription

3.1 Free Version

The App offers a free version with core tracking features. The free version has the following limitations:

Custom categories: up to 5
Budgets: up to 3
Custom members: up to 1

3.2 Subscription Plans

The App offers the following paid plans:

Annual Subscription:¥38/year, auto-renewing
Lifetime Membership:¥98, one-time purchase

            Subscription Details:
            Annual subscriptions will be charged to your Apple ID account upon purchase confirmation
Annual subscriptions auto-renew 24 hours before the end of the current period at the same price
You can manage subscriptions and turn off auto-renewal in your Apple ID Settings
After cancellation, you will revert to the free version at the end of the current subscription period
Confirmed purchases are non-refundable (subject to Apple's refund policy)

        

4. User Conduct

You agree not to:

Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App
Compromise or attempt to compromise the App's security mechanisms
Use automated means to access or operate the App
Use the App for any illegal purposes

5. Intellectual Property

All content of the App, including but not limited to code, design, icons, text, and trademarks, is the intellectual property of the developer Xiaodi and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, or distribute any part of the App without written permission.

6. Disclaimer

6.1 Service Availability

The App is provided "as is" without any express or implied warranties. We do not guarantee that the App will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free.

6.2 Data Responsibility

Since all data in the App is stored on your local device or in your personal iCloud, you bear full responsibility for the security and integrity of your data. We recommend that you:

Regularly back up important data using the export feature
Enable iCloud sync for additional data security
Do not expect to recover local data after deleting the App

6.3 Financial Data Accuracy

The App serves only as a financial recording aid and does not constitute financial advice. Users should independently verify the accuracy of all financial records. The developer shall not be liable for any financial losses arising from the use of the App.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the developer shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use the App, including but not limited to data loss, loss of profits, or business interruption.

8. Changes to Terms

We may revise these Terms from time to time. Significant changes will be communicated through:

Updates announced on this page

Your continued use of the App constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

9. Termination

You may stop using the App and delete it at any time. Upon deletion, these Terms will terminate, except that the following provisions shall survive: Section 5 (Intellectual Property), Section 6 (Disclaimer), and Section 7 (Limitation of Liability).

10. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of the People's Republic of China. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall first be resolved through friendly negotiation; if negotiation fails, either party may bring a lawsuit to the people's court with jurisdiction in the developer's location.
