Welcome to AnXinPick application ("this App"). Before using this App, please read these Terms of Service ("these Terms") carefully. By downloading, installing, or using this App, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By using this App, you confirm that:

You have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms
You have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms as an adult
If you are under 18, your legal guardian has consented to your use of this App

2. Service Description

This App is a random selection tool that provides the following features:

Wheel: Create custom wheels for random selection
Random Number: Generate random numbers within a specified range
Team: Randomly group a list of names
Shuffle: Randomly reorder a list
Draw Lots: Randomly select from a list
Optional iCloud data sync (Premium feature)

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or terminate any feature at any time without notice.

3. Premium Service

3.1 Free Version

This App offers a free version with core random selection features but with quantity limits:

Wheels: Maximum 2, each wheel with maximum 6 options
Random number schemes: Maximum 2, each with maximum 2 groups
Team/Shuffle/Draw Lots schemes: Maximum 1 each

3.2 Premium Subscription

This App offers the following premium subscription plans:

Monthly:¥2/month
Yearly:¥12/year
Lifetime:¥18, one-time purchase for permanent use

            Premium Benefits:
            Unlimited wheels and random number schemes
Unlimited team, shuffle, and draw lots schemes
iCloud data sync functionality
More theme styles

        

            Purchase Terms:
            Purchases will be confirmed through your Apple ID account
Confirmed purchases are non-refundable (subject to Apple's refund policy)
To restore purchases, tap "Restore Purchase" in settings
Subscriptions automatically renew 24 hours before the current period ends

        

4. User Conduct

You agree not to:

Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble this App
Damage or attempt to damage this App's security mechanisms in any way
Use automated means to access or operate this App
Use this App for any illegal purposes

5. Intellectual Property

All content of this App, including but not limited to code, design, icons, text, and trademarks, is the intellectual property of developer Xiaodi, protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Without written permission, you may not copy, modify, or distribute any part of this App.

6. Disclaimer

6.1 Service Availability

This App is provided "as is" without any express or implied warranties. We do not guarantee that this App will operate uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free.

6.2 Random Results

Random results generated by this App are for entertainment and auxiliary decision-making purposes only. Users bear full responsibility for any decisions made based on these results. The developer is not responsible for any losses or disputes arising from the use of random results.

6.3 Data Responsibility

Since all data in this App is stored locally on your device or in your personal iCloud, you bear full responsibility for data security and integrity. We recommend:

Manually record important scheme content regularly
Enable iCloud sync for additional data security (Premium feature)
Do not expect to recover local data after deleting the app

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the developer shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use this App, including but not limited to data loss, loss of profits, or business interruption.

Continued use of this App indicates your acceptance of the revised Terms.

9. Termination

You may stop using this App and delete it at any time. After deleting the app, these Terms terminate, but the following provisions remain in effect: Section 5 (Intellectual Property), Section 6 (Disclaimer), Section 7 (Limitation of Liability).

10. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of the People's Republic of China. Disputes arising from these Terms shall first be resolved through friendly negotiation; if negotiation fails, either party may bring a lawsuit to the people's court with jurisdiction at the developer's location.
