Terms of Service

Welcome to AnXinJingQi (the "App"). Please read these Terms of Service (the "Terms") carefully before using the App. By downloading, installing, or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By using the App, you confirm that:

You have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms
You have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms as an adult
If you are under 18, your legal guardian has consented to your use of the App

2. Description of Service

The App is a women's period health management tool that provides:

Adding, editing, and deleting period records
Cycle prediction and ovulation calculation
Calendar view and statistical analysis
Optional iCloud data sync
Data export (JSON/CSV format)
Privacy lock protection
Local reminder notifications

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any feature at any time without notice.

3. Membership Service

3.1 Free Version

The App offers a free version with core recording features.

3.2 Lifetime Premium

The App offers a one-time purchase lifetime membership:

Lifetime Premium:¥38 CNY (or equivalent in your currency), one-time purchase for permanent use

            Purchase Notes:
            Purchases will be confirmed through your Apple ID account
Confirmed purchases are non-refundable (subject to Apple's refund policy)
To restore purchases, tap "Restore Purchase" in settings

        

4. Health Data Disclaimer

            Important Notice: This App is only a period recording assistant. The cycle predictions provided are for reference only and do not constitute medical advice. This App cannot replace professional medical diagnosis. If you have health concerns, please consult a qualified healthcare provider.
        

5. User Conduct

You agree not to:

Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App
Compromise or attempt to compromise the App's security mechanisms
Use automated means to access or operate the App
Use the App for any illegal purpose

6. Intellectual Property

All content of the App, including but not limited to code, design, icons, text, and trademarks, is the intellectual property of developer Xiaodi and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, or distribute any part of the App without written permission.

7. Disclaimers

7.1 Service Availability

The App is provided "as is" without any express or implied warranties. We do not guarantee that the App will run uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free.

7.2 Data Responsibility

Since all data is stored locally on your device or in your personal iCloud, you are fully responsible for the security and integrity of your data. We recommend that you:

Regularly backup important data using the export function
Enable iCloud sync for additional data security
Do not expect to recover local data after deleting the App

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the developer shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use the App, including but not limited to data loss, loss of profits, or business interruption.

9. Changes to Terms

We may revise these Terms from time to time. Significant changes will be notified through:

Announcements on this page

Continued use of the App constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

10. Termination

You may stop using the App and delete it at any time. Upon deletion of the App, these Terms terminate, but the following provisions remain in effect: Section 6 (Intellectual Property), Section 7 (Disclaimers), Section 8 (Limitation of Liability).

11. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of the People's Republic of China. Disputes arising from these Terms shall first be resolved through friendly negotiation; if negotiation fails, either party may file a lawsuit with a people's court having jurisdiction at the developer's location.
